Settling in a small town in Jiangning District, Nanjing, he founded a school-run factory in a local elementary school, producing basic ammeters and voltmeters. Despite limited resources, Mr. Yang’s relentless focus on quality and market insight allowed the factory to expand into a full range of instruments, including power meters, frequency meters, and power factor meters. In 2008, Mr. Yang’s son, Luis, took the helm and reorganized the business into LEEYD Co., Ltd., marking a new chapter of modernization and globalization. Luis recognized the critical role of technological innovation.
